Frequently Asked Questions
Netfizz does not store raw card numbers. All payment data is handled by our PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway. We only store a tokenised reference.
We retry once after 24 hours and send you an SMS alert. If the retry also fails, your service will remain active for a 3-day grace period during which you can pay manually.
